Joe Gabba is 18JAV’s director of Quality Management. From 2017-2019 he served as part of our CCBHC federal demonstration project as practice managers. After the project ended, he went on to be the practice manager for several primary care practices in Oregon and Washington, and Quality Assurance for Jackson County Mental Health. Most recently, he was clinic manager for one of Kaiser Permanente’s main COVID-19 vaccination sites.
